Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd achieved a key milestone by unveiling its latest service outlet, the Hino Approved Service Outlet (HASO), in December 2023.

Hino Extends Its Service to Langkawi

This is said to mark a noteworthy advancement in Hino‘s dynamic dealer development programme, resulting from a strategic collaboration with Mara Liner Sdn Bhd (MLSB), a major industry player. The launch of HASO in Langkawi signified an extension of service offering to customers on the island.

MLSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), specialises in public transportation, logistics and bus services, covering all states in Peninsular Malaysia. This collaboration is set to enhance the business capabilities of both parties. For Hino, it represents an expansion of its dealer service network, improving reach and customer service.

In early 2021, Hino introduced HASO, a new service outlet dedicated to providing 100 per cent after-sales support for customers, covering all Hino operation areas, with a particular focus on service and repair. Hino underscored that in the commercial vehicle industry, its priorities were not only in selling vehicles but also emphasising after-sales service. This commitment is said to ensure optimal services, maintain customer vehicles in top condition and contribute to seamless logistics and business operations…….
