Putrajaya’s autonomous electric bus service began operating today, October 7, 2026, connecting MRT Putrajaya Sentral and Dataran Gemilang via Route P113.
Handal Indah and eMoovit Debut Autonomous Electric Bus in Putrajaya
The service is provided and operated by Handal Indah Sdn Bhd (Handal Indah) and eMoovit Technology Sdn Bhd (eMoovit), running under the Nadiputra Putrajaya brand. It operates on a circular loop with six stops: MRT Putrajaya Sentral, Kementerian Kewangan, Istana Kehakiman, Kementerian Belia & Sukan, Dataran Gemilang and Kompleks PPJ, before returning to MRT Putrajaya Sentral.
The service runs Monday to Friday, departing from MRT Putrajaya Sentral at 7:15 am, 8:15 am, 9:15 am and 10:15 am in the morning, and 2:45 pm, 3:45 pm, 4:45 pm and 5:45 pm in the afternoon. It does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Departure and arrival times are subject to prevailing traffic conditions.
The flat fare is RM1 per trip, with payment accepted cashlessly via Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards only.
Handal Indah described the service as bringing together electric and autonomous technology for a new public transport experience, while Perbadanan Putrajaya invited residents to ride and experience smart mobility in the city.
