Chin Hin Group Property Exits Commercial Vehicles Business in RM62m Deal

Chin Hin Group Property Berhad (CHGP) has agreed to sell four subsidiaries comprising its commercial vehicles and bodyworks business for RM62 million, according to a Bursa Malaysia filing dated September 30, 2026.

The purchaser is HSG Sdn Bhd, a holding company incorporated in Malaysia in October 2021, whose directors and shareholders are Dato’ Seri Teoh Hai Hin, Dato’ Teoh Hai Bim, Teoh Hai Peng and Teoh Hai Seng, each holding a 25 per cent stake.
