“The increasing demand in the logistic services led to our decision of expanding our fleet. We purchased two Shacman F3000 series in 2013 and since then, the prime movers had operated over about 450,000km. We are satisfied with their overall performance. In 2015, we purchased another eight Shacman M3000 series, “said Biforst Operation Director R.A. Rao.

Another ten units of Shacman M3000 series were ordered by the company following the earlier two purchases. This reflects the confidence that Biforst has in Shacman trucks.

“Yes, we are satisfied not only with the products but also the aftersales services provided by YonMing. The trucks are good in quality, safety and reliability. We did not encounter any major issues with them, leaving us with total peace of mind. Furthermore, YonMing has been very supportive in ensuring the availability of spare-parts, prompt maintenance and technical backup,” he stressed.

Shaanxi Trucks Sdn Bhd Sales General Manager Kau Chez Ching presented the mock key to Rao. Also present were YonMing Auto (Nilai) Sdn Bhd Branch Manager Lee Chee How and Shaanxi Trucks Senior Marketing Executive Chung Chee Siong.

Rao also revealed the company’s intention of changing its old 6×2 prime movers to the new Shacman X3000. The X3000 was launched last year by YonMing Group and had received encouraging response.

According to YonMing Group, the X3000 series boasts many new innovations to increase performance, efficiency and comfort. Claimed to have outstanding power and fuel economy, the X3000 has a spacious and comfortable interior and excellent safety, setting a new standard for the Asian truck market. What’s worth mentioning is that the Shacman X3000’s cab passed the European ECE-R29 collision test for heavy trucks, making Shacman the first Chinese truck manufacturer to achieve that.

Established in 2004, Biforst Logistics is a home-grown logistic company that offers fully integrated services for contract logistics, third party, fourth and fifth party logistics.
