MFTBC Recognized for Excellence in Health Management

In July 2023, MFTBC formally declared its dedication to health and productivity management, prioritizing both physical and mental well-being for employees and their families. As part of this commitment, the company established a Health Management Office, led by the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), to drive comprehensive wellness initiatives. These include hosting health, diet, and exercise-related events, as well as providing ongoing health-focused e-learning programs.

Leina Kawachi, CHRO and Head of Human Resources at MFTBC, emphasised: “We are deeply committed to fostering a workplace where employees can thrive both physically and mentally. This certification reaffirms our efforts, and we will continue to strengthen our health management initiatives in line with Daimler Truck Group’s purpose—‘For all who keep the world moving.’”
