Isuzu customers in Kuantan, Pahang, and Juru in Seberang Prai can now enjoy a refreshed and elevated experience with the unveiling of the upgraded Automotive Corporation (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (ACM) Isuzu 3S Centres.

Both outlets now feature Isuzu’s latest Corporate Identity (CI), reflecting a modern, customer-centric approach in both design and service delivery.

The newly upgraded facilities are designed to provide a more comfortable and comprehensive environment for customers to explore Isuzu’s product line-up and receive high-quality service for their vehicles.

Speaking at the official launch of the revamped Juru 3S Centre, Isuzu Malaysia Chief Executive Officer Tomoyuki Yamaguchi emphasised the importance of continuous improvement in customer engagement.

“Keeping our outlets fresh and relevant is instrumental to developing a bond with our customers. The spirit of Kaizen remains a pillar of Isuzu’s business – be it in the products we offer or in the way we improve our services to ensure customer satisfaction,” said Yamaguchi.

Strategically located in Juru Autocity and along Jalan Gambang in Kuantan, the upgraded 3S Centres serve both Isuzu D-Max and commercial truck customers with greater convenience and comfort.

The Juru 3S Centre is equipped with a robust service facility capable of handling six trucks and six D-Max vehicles simultaneously, while the Kuantan outlet can accommodate up to seven D-Max vehicles and four trucks at once.

Both outlets feature a spacious forecourt for easy parking, complemented by large, modern air-conditioned showrooms measuring 436 square metres in Juru and 363 square metres in Kuantan. The new CI introduces a sleek and recognisable design with a bright and distinctive outlook to create an inviting atmosphere.

Inside, visitors can explore the latest Isuzu D-Max models and access product information through eco-friendly digital information panels. A VR corner provides an immersive experience of the D-Max’s advanced safety features, allowing customers to interact with the technology in a dynamic and engaging way.

The updated facilities also include a dedicated hero car display and a new vehicle delivery bay designed to make new vehicle handovers more memorable. Truck buyers benefit from private consultation areas where they can receive expert guidance on configuring vehicles tailored to their business needs.

Customers visiting for after-sales service can relax in a thoughtfully designed and well-equipped lounge, complete with complimentary refreshments, while observing their vehicle being serviced through large viewing windows.
