New "Manual Transmission (MT)" Model Added

Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Co., Ltd has added a lineup of Manual Transmissions (MT) to the 1.5t loading class of the light-duty truck "Canter". 

Light Duty-Truck Canter Added An Automatic Transmission (MT)

The model will go on sale in November at Mitsubishi Fuso sales companies and Mitsubishi Fuso regional sales departments nationwide. MT vehicles for the light-duty truck "Canter" have continued to be in demand in the market, and this time MT vehicles is newly added to the 1.5-ton loading class for the first time in 10 years.

As a result, through two types of lineup, an automatic transmission (AMT) vehicle that provides smooth driving with the 6-speed dual clutch transmission "DUONIC 2.0" and a 5-speed MT vehicle that provides powerful and flexible driving. It corresponds to various driving needs. Canter's 1.5t loading class has two types of lineups, single cab and double cab, for both AMT and MT vehicles, and will be developing models that meet the needs of customers.
