Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (HMSM) officiated the opening of its latest addition of 3S dealer (Sales, Service & Spare-parts) in Autocity Ayer Keroh, Melaka. Sam Hin offers sales, services and spare-parts under one roof.
The opening was officiated by Jimmy Tan Tin Leong, Managing Director of Sam Hin, and Ken Iwamoto, Managing Director of HMSM.
Sam Hin started its partnership with Hino as a 1S centre in Melaka where the company provided vehicle sales only. In 2014, Sam Hin opened its first 3S centre in Segamat and grew from a vehicle sales office to a proper 3S outlet. Today, the new Hino 3S Centre in Autocity Ayer Keroh is said to cater to customers in the Melaka region by providing quality services that exceed their expectations.
The company emerged twice as champion in the ‘Hino Total Support’ Conference since 2013 and was awarded ‘Most Improved Dealer’ recognition during Hino’s 22nd Annual Dealers Conference in Bandung, Indonesia in January 2014. These achievements and recognition reflected its full commitment to strengthening customer satisfaction, thus enabling the company to retain customers in its established network.
A good customer service is promised as the company has a few packages such as Pro-Care, which provides door-to-door assistance and a 24-hour breakdown service. Currently handled by 20 professional and well-trained staff, the centre is equipped with maintenance bays and an Express Maintenance Bay (EMB) that guarantees a 45-minute speed service exclusively for customers by appointment.
To add a bit of hospitality, Sam Hin provides its customers with a comfortable air-conditioned waiting area and free WIFI connectivity to occupy them while waiting for the trucks to be serviced.
The centre is strategically located along Jalan Autocity 2, Autocity Ayer Keroh and could be easily seen from the roadway. Sam Hin says this is a great opportunity to increase visibility for new customers to get to know about Hino and its products and services.
