TXA 2025 to Feature More than 80 Exhibitors

The Malaysian Ministry of Transport (MoT) will hold the inaugural Transport Expo Asia (TXA) 2025 from November 11 to 13, 2025, in collaboration with Alpine Integrated Solution Sdn Bhd, at Sama-Sama Hotel, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

Under the theme of “Future On The Move: Digital, Sustainable Transport, Agile Logistics & ESG-Driven Supply Chains”, TXA 2025 is set to bring together government agencies, transport operators, academics, technology providers, and industry innovators to explore the future of mobility, smart infrastructure, and ESG-driven supply chains across Asia.

According to MoT‘s official statement, TXA 2025 serves as a prelude to the biennial TXA series, with TXA 2026 already planned next year. “This inaugural edition also coincides with Malaysia’s ASEAN Chairmanship, elevating the event’s strategic regional relevance,” the ministry stated.

TXA 2025 will feature more than 80 exhibitors representing multimodal transport, smart logistics, infrastructure, cold chain, automation, and digital solutions, among others. There will be 25 thematic sessions, including the Road Safety Congress, a dedicated annual programme to foster stronger cross-sectoral collaboration and awareness in reducing road accidents and improving safety outcomes.

More than 3,000 trade visitors are expected to attend the event, including ASEAN delegations, investors, regulators, and corporate decision-makers. Another 1,000+ delegates from academia, Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), government agencies, and technology firms are also expected to be present.

TXA 2025’s Opening Ceremony will be held on November 11, with Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim expected to officiate. Meanwhile, a Gala Dinner on November 13 will be hosted by Transport Minister Anthony Loke and feature a preview of the TXA Awards, which will be officially presented during next year’s event.

“With Malaysia ranking 26th globally in the World Bank’s 2023 Logistics Performance Index and second in ASEAN, TXA 2025 comes at a pivotal moment. The event reflects the country’s readiness to lead regional transformation in trade facilitation, digital logistics, and sustainability,” the MoT concluded.
