Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus (Mitsubishi Fuso) and Hino Motors Ltd. (Hino) have formed a holding company called Archion following the integration of both companies. Based on the final agreement between Daimler Truck (in which Mitsubishi Fuso was previously under) and Toyota Motor Corporation (in which Hino was previously under), Archion is set to commence operations on April 1, 2026.
