Fuso is the Driving Force of Indonesia’s Economy – Daisuke Okamoto
PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB), the official distributor of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation in Indonesia, officially opened its exhibition booth at the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) on July 23, 2025. For Mitsubishi Fuso, this year’s participation marks the company’s 55th year of presence in Indonesia.
Under the tagline “Andalan Bisnis Sejati” (True Business Partner), KTB emphasises its longstanding commitment to offering high-quality products and dependable after-sales services. In his opening remarks, KTB President Director Daisuke Okamoto emphasised that Mitsubishi Fuso’s presence in Indonesia goes far beyond vehicle sales.
“In these 55 years, we have built an independent industrial ecosystem by establishing production and assembly centres supported by 100 local supplier companies providing parts. This investment commitment has naturally created broad job opportunities,” he said, as quoted by KTB’s official website.
“Ultimately, our products serve as the driving force of Indonesia’s economy. Nearly 1.5 million Mitsubishi Fuso trucks have proven themselves as logistics heroes distributing goods across the country,” he added.

It offers flexible charging options for eCanter users and includes towing functionality when needed, embodying Fuso‘s Zero Down Time initiative.
Meanwhile, the Fighter-X FM65F Tractor Head 4×2, according to Aji Jaya, Sales and Marketing Director of KTB, is a direct response to evolving market demands. “We are introducing this product to complement and strengthen Mitsubishi Fuso’s product lineup in response to evolving market demand, especially in the logistics sector.
