MBM Resources Supports Food Aid Charity
MBM Resources Berhad (MBMR) presented a donation of RM300,000 to 5 Food Bank Support organisations in a cheque handover ceremony held at Menara MBMR.
MBM Resources Donates RM300,000 to 5 Food Bank Support Organisations
The contribution is part of the company’s ongoing mission to give back to the community and help those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The mock cheque was presented by MBMR Chairman Datuk (Dr) Aminar Rashid Salleh and accompanied by the Group Chief Executive Officer, Muhammad Fateh Teh Abdullah and Group Chief Financial Officer, Annie Chin. The selected 5 Food Bank Support organisations have been actively involved in the distribution of food support and helping community charities throughout the nation. The five recipient organisations are Happy Bank Crew, Great Heart Charity, The Lost Food Project, Food Aid Foundation and MyKasih Foundation.
MBMR hopes the contribution will help these organisations in working towards achieving a caring society.
As a responsible organisation, MBMR will continue to undertake programmes and activities involving the community as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda, which involves taking part in philanthropic causes and providing positive social value to the ecosystem at large.
