One Million Colt Diesel and One Million Stories to Build Indonesia

PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB)
PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB), the authorised distributor for Mitsubishi vehicles in Indonesia, celebrated its One Million Colt Diesel sale with a new record, ‘The Most Sold Truck’, from Museum Rekor Indonesia (MURI). KTB also held the One Million Colt Diesel Expo & Bazaar carrying the theme ‘Sejuta Colt Diesel Sejuta Cerita’ on 12th March, 2017 at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII).

Duljatmono, Director of MFTBC Marketing Division, said this achievement encouraged KTB to further contribute to the nation’s development with its mission to provide commercial vehicles, which served to support the growth of the Indonesian economy and development.

“We hope to further contribute to this nation for a better Indonesia. The One Million Colt Diesel achievement encourages us to strengthen our commitment to build our nation,” said Duljatmono.

KTB’s long journey in Colt Diesel sales had developed the brand to become a market leader in its segment. From the beginning, Colt Diesel earned buyer’s trust as a commercial vehicle to support the economy and development of Indonesia, since its function was closely related to business activites. Mitsubishi Fuso is well known as ‘Andalan Bisnis Sejati’ (True Business Partner).

At the One Million Colt Diesel Expo & Bazaar in TMII, various activities were organised such as the launch of ‘Truk Sejuta Mimpi’ (One Million Dream Truck). This truck was specially designed with a box rearbody, which was meant to collect the people’s dreams from all over Indonesia. These dreams were collected through customer gatherings, Facebook and special events held by dealers. KTB would support the realisation of the best dream selected as a show of its appreciation towards Indonesian society for their trust in Colt Diesel.

The idea of the One Million Dream Truck was based on KTB’s strong commitment in building a better Indonesia. KTB believes that all of Indonesian society and customers have dreams that they wish could come true. To support the realisation of those dreams, KTB built its 1 millionth unit as a symbol of that dedication. This truck would be donated to the Museum of Transportation as a symbol of trucks in Indonesia that supports the nation’s development.

A Family Fun Run was also held at the One Million Colt Diesel Expo & Bazaar, with which participants ran and attempted to break the secret code in certain areas along the route.

In addition, there were the Mitsubishi Fuso products and services expo, truck modification show that included a contest involving trucks that were modified into ‘transformer’ vehicles, and after-sales service promotion such as the Mobile Workshop Service and Parts Depot.

KTB also conducted corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities such as blood donation and the donation of a water tank truck to Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) for distributing clean water to certain areas.

To entertain participants and enliven the celebration, there were entertainment programmes featuring famous singers and a food truck section that provided food and beverages.
