The handover ceremony was held at the head office of Integrated Logistics Solutions on 3rd October. Ken Iwamoto, Managing Director of HMSM, presented the mock key to ILS Chairman Dato’ Wan Ariff Wan Hamzah.
“We at Hino always believe that the development of our customer’s business will lead to the people’s growth and well-being of living in Malaysia. For that, we as Team Hino have been working to contribute to the expansion of our customer’s business by providing ‘Best fit products’ that are value for money with high QDR, high after-sales support and various ‘Customer Oriented Activities’ to leverage ‘Two Values’, which ‘Maximises vehicle Up-Time’ and ‘Minimises vehicle Life-Time Cost’ as our fundamentals,” said Iwamoto.
He stressed that Hino was the first brand to comply with the new UNECE (United Nations Economic Commission for Europe) regulations before they were implemented. The newly launched Hino 300 series, Hino 500 series and Hino bus were enhanced with safety features in line with government regulations, with the aim of reducing road accidents.
“We will continuously improvise our products and services to deliver the best of what our customers need. In conjunction with our 40th anniversary this year, we are looking forward to increase better customer service and total support because in the end, it’s our customers that we care about,” he added.
ILS had been in the logistics industry since 1973 and provides services such as warehousing, forwarding, haulage and cold chain. With operational functions carrying medium to heavy duty loads, the company chose the Hino brand to ensure the safety of the working process and smooth vehicle-manoeuvre to the customer. Hino has become its preferred brand because of the safety, durability and reliability features.
