Iveco Bus supported the Women’s World Floorball Championships with Evadys coaches across host cities Brno and Ostrava.
Iveco Bus Proud to Support the Tournament
The 2025 Women’s World Floorboard Championships have been held successfully in the Czech Republic, marking the first time the competition has returned to the country in 12 years, with Iveco Bus serving as the official transport partner.
With matches held in Brno and Ostrava, Iveco Bus provided four Evadys coaches to handle all official event transfers, as organisers sought to set a new attendance record, surpassing the previous high recorded at the 2019 edition in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
The fleet consisted of two 12-metre Evadys coaches for short- and medium-distance journeys, and two 13-metre versions offering higher passenger capacity. The vehicles were used throughout the competition, which kicked off on December 6, 2025, with a match between Finland and Sweden, followed by the Czech Republic vs Denmark. The final was played on December 14.
Iveco Bus said the Evadys model was selected for its versatility across different transport roles, including shuttle services, excursions, and regular routes, as well as its ability to operate reliably in varying weather conditions while maintaining passenger comfort.
“As dedicated experts in collective mobility, we are committed to promoting the values of performance and team spirit that drive floorball. We are extremely proud to support this international event. It is with great pride that we offer our support to this international event,” said Giorgio Zino, Head of Iveco Bus Commercial Operations in Europe.
