Handal Indah Receives APAD LOI for Johor Bahru SBST Programme

HI Mobility Berhad (HI Mobility) announced on October 8, 2026, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Handal Indah Sdn Bhd (Handal Indah), has received a letter of intent (LOI) from the Land Public Transport Agency (APAD) regarding a proposed appointment as network operator under the Stage Bus Service Transformation (SBST) programme in Johor Bahru, covering the period from January 1, 2027, to March 31, 2031.
