Fuso Malaysia Strengthens Municipal Fleet Presence
Fuso Malaysia has handed over 18 waste management FJ model trucks, covering medium- and heavy-duty applications, to KDEB Waste Management, a Selangor-based operator providing municipal waste collection and public cleansing services.
Fuso told Truck & Bus News that KDEB Waste Management is a long-term customer, with the latest acquisition reflecting continued confidence in the brand’s products and support.
According to the company, the FJ model was selected for its strong load-carrying capability, reinforced chassis, and reliable power delivery, making it suitable for stop-and-go operations in urban and municipal environments. The truck is designed to support heavy-duty body applications such as waste compactor systems.

Fuso said the FJ range offers fuel-efficient performance, reduced maintenance requirements, and long service life, helping operators minimise downtime and lower total cost of ownership. The truck also features high torque output for demanding loads, stable handling, and a driver-focused cabin design that enhances comfort and productivity.
The handover was conducted by Fuso Malaysia‘s 3S dealer, Vista Wheel, to KDEB Waste Management. Fuso said the delivery strengthens its position as a trusted commercial vehicle partner for large fleet and municipal operators.
“It reflects strong confidence in Fuso‘s reliability, durability, and aftersales support, while reinforcing the brand’s presence in Malaysia’s public service sector,” the company told Truck & Bus News.
