Dongfeng Motor launched its G-Series high-end heavy-duty truck brand during its 2026 Commercial Vehicle Global Partnership Summit, marking a new stage in the international expansion of its commercial vehicle business.
The G-Series, according to Dongfeng‘s official statement, has been positioned as a flagship product for the overseas market, as global demand for higher-end heavy-duty trucks accelerates and China’s heavy-duty truck exports continue to grow.
Dongfeng Import and Export said the G-Series integrates global supply chain resources and is benchmarked against established international brands in terms of quality and technology. The trucks have undergone rigorous testing and are designed for long-haul and high-intensity use.
“This series of products features ultra-long durability of 2 million kilometres and significant fuel-saving benefits, providing efficient and reliable transportation solutions for global customers,” Dongfeng explained.
Following the launch, Dongfeng aims to continue expanding the G-Series product lineup and establish high-end brand image stores in the overseas market. It plans to partner up to strengthen the brand’s presence in the premium segment of the global heavy-duty truck market.
