Sunway Group to Pilot Autonomous Mobility in Malaysia

Sunway Group has announced plans to work with three international technology companies, WeRide, Neolix, and AutoFlight, to pilot autonomous passenger transport, driverless logistics vehicles, and electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft in Malaysia. Sunway Group President Datuk Anuar Taib announced the plan at Transport Expo Asia (TXE) 2026 in Kuala Lumpur on October 21.
