Scania Malaysia completed two Hari Raya deliveries, handing over a Super G460 truck to AST Berkat and eight new coaches to Nur Kasih Tours.
Scania Malaysia Hands Over Super G460 Truck and Eight New Bus Generation Units Before Hari Raya 2026
Scania Malaysia has completed two deliveries recently, just before Hari Raya 2026. One unit of Scania Super G460A6X4NZ truck was handed over to AST Berkat Sdn Bhd, and eight units of Scania New Bus Generation K410CB6x2NI were officially shipped to Nur Kasih Holiday & Tours Sdn Bhd.
AST Berkat Sdn Bhd purchased the Scania Super unit with Scania‘s Inclusive Maintenance and Financial Services. The truck is powered by a 13-litre six-cylinder engine capable of delivering 2,500 N⋅m at 900 rpm, and features the most efficient combustion engine that offers fuel savings of up to 8 per cent or more. During the handover ceremony, the key to the truck was received by Mohd Tadzlilan Basyar Bin Shaari, Project Engineer of AST Berkat Sdn Bhd, from Mohd Nazri Mohamad, Solution Sales Executive of Scania Malaysia.
Meanwhile, the acquisition of eight new Scania New Bus Generation units by Nur Kasih Holiday & Tours Sdn Bhd was supported by Scania‘s Inclusive Maintenance. The coach offers up to 9 per cent in fuel consumption without sacrificing performance, thanks to an improved engine efficiency that delivers up to 7 per cent savings, depending on engine size, vehicle configuration, and operating conditions. Wong Nyook Lin, Dealer Director of North Region at Scania Southeast Asia, handed over the keys to Hafisol B. Hassan, Director of Nur Kasih Holiday & Tours Sdn Bhd, during the ceremony.
With Inclusive Maintenance, both operators gain access to a wide network of workshops equipped with the most capable service teams to ensure maximum uptime. The Digital Services, on the other hand, enable AST Berkat Sdn Bhd and Nur Kasih Holiday & Tours Sdn Bhd to access insights and information about their fleet through the Fleet Management System Control Package, accessible via the My Scania portal and Fleet app.
These digital tools provide essential features, such as real-time positioning, vehicle performance monitoring, environmental reporting to track CO₂ emissions, service planning, defect reporting, and driver evaluation. Their drivers will also gain access to the My Scania digital ecosystem through the Scania Driver app, allowing them to conduct pre-departure checks, view essential vehicle data, monitor their driving time and performance, view service bookings, and find the nearest Scania workshop.
