The year-end media gathering highlighted UD Trucks Indonesia’s achievements and reinforced collaboration with national media.
The Event Was Attended by 52 National Media Journalists
UD Trucks Indonesia held a year-end media gathering in Jakarta late last year as part of its efforts to strengthen engagement with national media and reflect on the company’s activities throughout the year 2025.
The Media Year-End Gathering & Media Award 2025 took place on December 15, 2025, at the Williams SCBD Restaurant & Bar in Central Jakarta and was attended by representatives from 52 national media outlets.
The evening programme began with a dinner reception, followed by the screening of a highlight video outlining UD Trucks Indonesia‘s achievements, innovations, and corporate activities in 2025. A welcoming speech was then delivered by Johan Kleinsteuber, President Director of UD Trucks Indonesia, who acknowledged the role of the media in conveying objective and constructive information to the public.
An interactive question-and-answer session came after the welcoming speech, during which journalists raised questions on the company’s performance in 2025, as well as its plans and strategic direction.
As part of the event, UD Trucks Indonesia also presented its annual Media Awards, recognising select media organisations and journalists for their contribution to coverage throughout 2025.
The event concluded with closing remarks from Handi Lim, Vice President and Marketing & After Sales Service Director of UD Trucks Indonesia, who reaffirmed the company’s commitment to ongoing innovation and to strengthening collaboration with key stakeholders, including the media.
“Through this initiative, UD Trucks Indonesia hopes that strong relationships with the media will continue to grow, in line with the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting Indonesia’s national transport and logistics industry,” the company said in its official statement.
