Segamat 3S Centre Part of Nationwide Dealership Upgrade Programme
Jumbo Arena Sdn Bhd has upgraded its Isuzu 3S Centre in Segamat, Johor, which now features the latest Isuzu Corporate Identity (ICI). With a modern outlook and advanced features, the refreshed outlet on Jalan Buluh Kasap aims to provide customers and potential customers with the best service possible.
The new Jumbo Arena outlet was inaugurated in December 2025 and is part of Isuzu Malaysia‘s broader effort to modernise its customer-facing facilities nationwide, specifically aimed at improving customer experience while reducing downtime for commercial vehicle users.
Isuzu Malaysia CEO, Tomoyuki Yamaguchi, said Johor remains a strategically important market for the brand, supported by a strong local economy and expanding infrastructure.
“Johor remains a key market for Isuzu. The bustling economy and growing infrastructure here provide a fertile base for our products. Our Light Duty trucks are extremely popular, as are our D-Max models. In line with this potential, our network upgrades are necessary to meet and exceed the needs of owners here,” he explained.
Johor is Isuzu‘s third-largest contributor to D-Max sales nationwide and accounts for a 58.8 per cent market share in the commercial truck segment. Isuzu said strengthening its presence in the state is central to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The Jumbo Arena 3S Centre in Segamat occupies a site of about 1,700 square metres and houses both sales and after-sales operations. The facility includes three service bays and a customer lounge with a glass viewing panel that allows customers to observe servicing work while waiting.
Isuzu said the outlet is also equipped with a virtual reality (VR) corner where visitors can virtually experience the various safety features of the Isuzu D-Max.
