冷王沉稳应对瞬息万变的全球挑战
在今天这个愈发重视环保的世界,城市正是最受污染的 地区。因此,城市不断收紧对排气和噪音污染的限制 和设定了低排放区。
在汽车上安装任何制冷机组都将提高汽车的排放,许多城市制定 了最高的排放标准,而安装制冷机组,可能导致车子超过所规定 的排气标准,致使它们无法进入它们的目标城市或导致驾驶员必 须面对罚款。
冷王(Thermo King)通过其SLXi拖车制冷机组平台,可节省制冷 运行成本高达20%的燃油,并拥有远程信息处理作为标准配置。

连接性日渐成为管理车队运输的关键,而这对制冷系统来说也一 样。SLXi能够通过其Celtrak研发的数据系统实现与驾驶员的最完 整连接。更重要的也许是它能够与车队总部沟通,让车队经理得 以监督其装备上SKXi制冷机组的性能。它不仅能够警告驾驶员任 何潜在问题---确认驾驶员可从驾驶室的显示屏中明白问题所在, 车队经理还能够遥控温度,确保抵达市场时的最佳车辆荷载。
这个连接性是标准配备,而不是额外的选项。
此功能是通过TK蓝箱收集和储存机组的数据来实现,并能够透过 蓝牙连接手机、i-Pad或手提电脑,或远离公司总部获取数据。 此外,SLXi还备有强化温控功能,可通过其SR03控制器,设定温 度点,准确度高达0.1度。

Addresses Challenges of a Changing World
In today’s ever environmentally aware world some of the most polluted areas are urbam markets, where cities are introducing low emissions zones with ever tightening restrictions on emis- sions and also noise pollution.
The mounting of any refrigeration plant on any vehicle can in- crease its emissions, and even take a vehicle above the low emissions levels for many city centres, either preventing access to target markets or costing the operator in penalties.
Thermo King has taken steps to address this challenge with its SLXi platform of trailer refrigeration units that bring up to 20 per cent fuel savings (on refrigeration running costs) and, which also come with telematics as standard.
“Innovation goes beyond simply creating new products,” said Karin De Bondt, Vice President and general manager for Truck, Trailer and Bus at Thermo King in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). “It is about addressing unique customer needs through connectivity, data-driven intelligence, real-user insights, and the ability to merge new and emerging technologies later based upon customer needs.”
The SLXi platform of single- and multi-temperature trailer refriger- ation units were developed with an expanded focus on the unit’s intelligence, communication capabilities, fuel consumption and temperature management.
“We collaborated with hundreds of customers and dealers to un- derstand the actual ambient conditions, temperatures and oper- ating models for different types of cargo in daily use,” said David O’Gorman, product manager at Thermo King.
As a result, Thermo King can offer a low running cost, efficient single or multiple zone cooling system that optimises running costs by between 10 and 20 per cent.
Connectivity is increasingly a key to managing fleet transport and this applies to refrigeration units too. The SLXi has full connectiv- ity with the driver through its Celtrak developed data system. Per- haps more importantly, it can communicate with the fleet head- quarters, where the fleet manager can monitor the refrigerator performance on any of his SLXi equipped vehicles and not only alert the driver to any potential issues – confirming what the driver should know from his cab display, but the fleet manager can make adjustments to temperature control remotely to ensure the best condition of the vehicle load upon arrival at market.
This connectivity comes as standard rather than as an optional extra.
This functionality is made possible via the TK Blue Box which col- lects and stores unit data that can be accessed by Bluetooth on a Smartphone, i-Pad, or laptop, or remotely from the head office.
