It is currently operated by a team of well-trained staff with the techni- cal know-how on Tata vehicles acquired via training programmes organised locally and overseas under the purview of technical ex- perts from Tata Motors.
The service centre is also equipped with Tata Motors latest diagnostic equipment and spe- cial tools to carry out complete service maintenance and major repairs. Other facilities are the overhaul room for the engine and gearbox, and lubricating and diagnostic room to make it a comprehensive service centre for Tata vehicles.
Expressing its commitment to ensure ‘best quality service’ to Tata vehicle owners, DHCV also provides 24/7 breakdown assis- tance service throughout Malay- sia as well as additional services covering accident repairs, spray painting, accessories fitting and periodic inspection service – smoke test, engine inspection and tyre checks.

ing spare-parts for all model variants available in Malaysia, irrespective of the frequency in demand or usage. This is said to be an on-going exer- cise to ensure the availability of suf- ficient stocks to keep Tata vehicles on the road.
To-date, DHCV has appointed 7 deal- ers nationwide in Selangor, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Johor and Sabah to reach out and provide better facilities for customers. DHCV targets to have 20 3S Centres throughout Malaysia by mid-2016.
The media visit to the 3S Centre also saw the handover of Tata vehicles to three DHCV’s customers; Biforst Lo- gistics Sdn Bhd, Shidu Brothers Sdn Bhd and MSS Asia Logistic Sdn Bhd.
