在西马市场,他说该公司在巴生河谷和南部都有代 理,以确保马来西亚半岛的覆盖面。“这是为了确保 我们更接近客户,在他们需要我们时,能够为他们提 供更好的支援。代理是帕尔菲格用户的3S(销售、服 务及零部件)接触点。”
    该公司的计划是推介迎合客户需要和要求的产品线。
“我们深具弹性的新产品线和市场参与,让我们得以 更了解客户的需要,使我们更具竞争性,并且能够提 供迎合他们需求的产品。”
他也透露说,除了私人界,该公司成功地透过代理为 西马的废弃物客户交付了钩爪式装载机。
“是的。我们绝对会在不久的将来朝商业和政府相关 业务领域扩展。”他确认。
Gary也补充说,帕尔菲格在2014年11月18日至21日于香 港举行第5届帕尔菲格服务经理会议(SMM),该会议每 年举办两次。所有来自东南亚的代理都被邀请参与该会 议。该会议的重要角色是拥有产品丰富知识的帕尔菲格 企业服务主管巴尔塔萨(Gwechenberger Balthasar)。
“此会议不仅为我们所有的代理提供最新的起重机安装 培训,也让他们有机会聚在一起分享彼此的经验。”

For the West Malaysian market, Gary said the company had dealers in the Klang Valley and in the southern region to ensure coverage in the Peninsula. “This is to ensure we are close to the customers to better support them when needed. The dealers will be the 3S (sales, service and spare parts) contact point for Palfinger users.”
The plan was to launch suitable product lines and models that would match the wants and needs of the customers.
“With the flexibility of our own new product lines and engagement to the market to better understand their needs as such to be more competitive and match our products to their needs.”
Apart from the private sector, Gary said the company had success- fully handed over hook loaders to a waste management customer in West Malaysia through its dealers.
“Yes,” Gary confirmed, “we are definitely going to expand our busi- ness in both the commercial and government related business in the near future.”
Gary added that Palfinger held its fifth bi-annual Palfinger Service Manager Meeting (SMM) in Hong Kong from 18th to 21st November, 2014. The Service Managers from its dealers all over South East Asia were invited to participate in this SMM. The meeting featured the company’s Head of Corporate Service, Gwechenberger Balthasar of Palfinger AG, who was very knowledgeable in the products.
“The SMM not only provided an updated crane mounting and instal- lation training for all our dealers, but also gave them a networking opportunity to share their experiences.”
