Interlube Systems Limited, continued Guhan, was the largest manufacturer of lubrication equipment in the United Kingdom since 1922, with its manu- facturing plant in Plymouth (UK). All of its prod- ucts were manufactured in its own premises to the highest standards and produced in line with the ISO9001: 2000 quality management system.

古汉接着说,自1922年以来,Interlube系统有限公司就是英国最大的润 滑油设备制造商,并在英国Plymouth拥有制造厂。它所有的产品都是在 自身的厂房生产的,拥有最高的品质标准,并且符合ISO9001:2000的产 品管理系统的规定。
据古汉说,调查显示不正确润滑是卡车停工和巨大维修成本的主因,它 在造成轴承故障方面占了43%。接着是占了27%的不正确安装、21%的受污 染机械损伤及9%的维修过度。不正确的润滑会带来更换轴承的直接成本 和劳力,以及计划外的停工时间,影响交货期承诺。非直接成本包括工 作安全性、浪费润滑油、环保问题及因为低效手动润滑所带来的更高劳 工成本。
“我们的多线系统确保车子的关键零部件获得正确的润滑,提供安全的 运作和节省成本。采用我们系统的优点很多,它操作简单,而且几乎免 维护。它那完全可调的油脂输出和定时器,可在车子移动时提供精确的 润滑油输送。其多线概念让每一个轴承都能够获得独立的润滑,因此即 使其中一条供油管路损坏了,也不会影响整个系统的操作。”他强调。
该系统采用OD半刚性,紫外线稳定,140巴(14N/M)的黑色尼龙管子, 能够处理SAE80/90以上的稀油,包括NLGI 2号油脂。
“我们的AC系列泵非常精巧,其电动多线系统搭配各种尺寸的油箱。这 些高效泵操作简单,可靠且适合各种应用。AC1 和AC2可提供多达36点的 润滑,AC3 则可提供多达60点。”
