Wong took pride in the company for being the only Chinese axle brand distributor in Malaysia that provided technical support, war- ranty on spare-parts and after-sales service. “We have the exper- tise as we come from a family that had many years of experience in commercial vehicle body building. In addition, I took up a me- chatronics course, which equipped me with the knowledge and skill to design and synthesise mechatronic products, systems and processes as well as demonstrate an innovative approach to de- sign realisation. We subscribe to the importance of technical sup- port and have set up our own technical support team. This allows us to provide value added services to our clients, for instance in detail drawings, data sheets, specifications, suspension, design, construction and assembly.”
Another strength the company boasts of is that it could provide customised axles (even for only 1 unit) that suited the respective applications and requirements.
Among the new products is the L1 Self-steering Axle that was in- troduced last year. Wong pointed out that the self-steering axle was especially useful on tight and winding roads. It was described as a winner owing to less tyre wear, lower fuel consumption, better manoeuvrability and straight line driving to ensure smoother driv- ing, even during sudden turnaround, and prevent damage to the suspension as well as ensure the safety of transportation.
“The factory claims that the ratio of tyre saving is 1 to 3, meaning that if one has to replace tyres within 8 months previously, by using our L1 Self-Steering Axle, the tyres could last up to 24 months. We are conservative and would say that with the L1 Self-Steering Axle, one would at least achieve a ratio of 1 to 2. Though the pricing is 5 to 6 times higher compared to the normal axle, it is still worth investing in,” he added.
In the pipeline are the L1 500,000km Axle and 10T Light- weight Axle. Featuring a one-piece axle beam, he said the L1 500,000km offered high over-load capacity. With its mainte- nance free bearing units, it could achieve a working life of more than 500,000km.

他说,接下来要推出的新产品有L1 500,000 km 车轴和 10公吨轻量化车轴。 据他指出,L1 500,000 km的特点 是单件式轴梁,可提供高载荷。它的免维护轴承,使它 可达到超过500,000 公里的使用寿命。
“此车轴的轻量化设计,能够降低高达120公斤的3轴拖 车整体重量,改善拖车的油耗和运输能力。此外,它还 能够节省成本,因为它的轮毂单元在车辆运营寿命期间 完全无须维护,可减低大约8,000至12,000美元的运营 成本。”
