 During the operation of the vehicle, Yunzhitong will, in real time, continuously and automatically collect the data of sensors, motors, controllers and battery condition; judge the safety status of these key parts by automatic calculation and analysis and can ac- tively take safety measures once it detects any abnormal status. Like all developing connectivity technology, the system can connect with the driver and the fleet operator to alert them of any issues, and even allow itself to be reprogrammed remotely.
For example, when the battery has an abnormal temperature or voltage, Yunzhitong can order the battery management system to automatically cut off power supply and heat source.
Moreover, Yunzhitong can also monitor in real time the driving operations of drivers, record and correct the drivers’ driving behaviors.
Through double-mode positioning of GPS and its BeiDou system, plus the access to traffic informa- tion data, Yunzhitong can analyse in real time the location and speed of the vehicle, traffic congestion situation, traffic light status and ramps, adjust in real time the energy distribution and control strat- egy of the vehicle according to this big data, mini- mising fuel wastage.
Besides the technology itself, the habits of the drivers are also very important. By correcting the driver’s behaviour with Yunzhitong, the average fuel consumption is reduced by about 5 per cent compared with that before the use of Yunzhitong.
The secret is that, Yunzhitong can collect the driv- ing behavior data (e.g. rapid acceleration and de- celeration, parking air-conditioning, and coasting) during the whole process of vehicle operation, eval- uate, analyse and conclude the driver’s behaviour and habits through a cloud platform, and present the result by means of diagrams and report forms, making the driver clearly see the relationship be- tween the driving behaviour and energy consump- tion.
Yunzhitong doesn’t conflict with the customer’s ex- isting management platform. On the contrary, it is a system that can make an existing management platform more powerful and intelligent. Through the Yunzhitong system, customers can achieve full in- telligence in vehicle scheduling, line layout, vehicle maintenance schedule, charging, etc.
Yunzhitong is an all-encompassing package that helps manage energy consumption, driver behav- iour, route planning and through its equipment sen- sors it can offer a predictive maintenance schedule that allows the operator to deal with breakdowns before they arise.

原来,云智通能够实时采集车辆运营全过程的驾驶员行为数据(例如, 急加速、急减速、停车空调及空挡滑行等),通过云平台对驾驶员的行 为习惯进行测评、分析及总结,并以图形、报表等方式进行展现,让驾 驶员对驾驶行为与能耗关系一目了然,从而通过规范驾驶员行为实现降 低能耗。
“云智通”与客户现有的管理平台并不冲突。相反地,它是一个能够让 现有管理平台变得更强大和更智能的系统。通过“云智通”系统,用户 能在调度、线路布局、车辆保养安排、充电等方面,全面实现智能化。
基于“云智通”对用户车辆实时分布和状态的了解,车队亦能更为合 理的调配运力,尽可能提高所属车辆的利用率。在“云智通”的监控 中,当车辆相关易损件到达更换周期或需要进行维护时,系统也将提 前通知用户,以便车队为该车合理安排保养维护时间,避免线路运营 受到影响。
