大马马赛地举办 卡车司机联盟与2016 商用车技能大赛
马来西亚马赛地商用车(MBM- CV)最近主办了卡车司机联 盟，为Actros司机提供一个 磨练他们的驾驶技能与比赛的平台。
这项比赛首办于2012年，开放给所有Ac- tros客户参加。他们必须持有合格卡车 司机驾驶执照，并且曾通过马赛地商用 车司机培训。共有120名司机参与这项每 两年举行一次的活动。
在吉隆坡绍嘉纳酒店(Saujana Hotel) 的决赛前，参赛者先完成了一系列包括理 论和实际测试的选拔赛。马来西亚马赛地 商用车借着这个活动来评估马来西亚卡车 司机和保持他们在货运行业的标准。

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Hosts Truck Drivers’ League and 2016 Skills Competition Commercial Vehicles
Mercedes-Benz Ma- laysia Commercial Vehicles (MBMCV) recently organised the Truck Drivers’ League to provide a platform for ACTROS driv- ers to hone their driving skills and compete.
First held in 2012, the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Commercial Vehicles Truck Drivers’ League is open to all drivers in the employ of ACTROS customers. They must possess a valid truck driving licence and have undergone the Mercedes- Benz Commercial Vehicle Driver’s Training. 120 par- ticipants signed up for the event, which is held every alternate year.
Participants completed a series of qualifying rounds, comprising theory and prac- tical tests, before the Grand Final at The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Through this event, MBMCV could assess Malaysian truck drivers and maintain their standards in the haulage business.

IntheGrandFinals,KhairulAzharSama- ron of Landbridge Haulage (M) Sdn Bhd emerged the grand winner, securing an ex- clusive trip to the International Motor Show (IAA) in Hannover, Germany and RM5,000 while his employer, Landbridge Haulage, received parts and service vouchers worth RM10,000.
Asis Haling of Broadlink Haulage Sdn Bhd and Mohamad Firdaus Sareh Zainol Abidin of Swift Haulage Sdn Bhd were first and second runners-up, receiving RM8,000 and RM5,000. Broadlink Haulage and Swift Haulage received RM7,000 and RM5,000 parts and service vouchers respectively. Two consolation prizes of cash, parts and service vouchers valued at RM5,000 and RM3,500 were also presented.
At the same time, MBMCV organised the 2016 Skills Competition Commercial Vehi- cles. It was the first standalone skills competi- tion for commercial vehicles aimed at inspiring its after-sales personnel to continue learning and improving in line with the Mercedes-Benz training philosophy of life-long learning. The competition attracted 39 qualified technicians from Mercedes-Benz Malaysia’s dealerships nationwide with RM31,000 in cash prizes.
