2. Why would the distributor of Mercedes-Benz and Mitsubishi Fuso commercial vehicles recommend an in-house financial services provider?
Albert: At Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, we believe in not only providing high quality products but also a more complete solu- tion and services to our customers. From the financing plan to after-sales services, we have got everything covered under the same roof.
Hilke: Total cost of ownership of the product and financial services is a key advantage for our customers. We are able to work closely with the customer to provide the optimal solution from a product, financial services and after-sales perspective. By spending time to get to know our custom- ers and the nature of their business, we can tailor-make our financing and insurance solutions to suit their cash flow re- quirements. We have a dedicated customer service hotline for finance and insurance, convenient repayment methods and a free myMBFS app for iOS and Andriod users. This app allows existing financing customers to check their fi- nancing details from anywhere and at any time – a first in the market when it was launched!
3. What are the incentives for customers to buy com- mercial vehicles from Mercedes-Benz Malaysia? What are your current special offers for customers?
Albert: Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is committed to ensuring satisfaction of our customers. By working closely with Mer- cedes-Benz Services Malaysia, we are able to offer attrac- tive packages to our customers and we strongly believe that our packages address the needs of customers even better. On the basis of strong collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia, we have gained a competitive advantage in the current commercial vehicle market. For example, we see that the on-going 2.88 per cent campaign for Mitsubishi Fuso commercial vehicles has been successful in attracting customers.
With the flexibility of the Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehi- cle Repair & Maintenance Service Contract, Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle owners are protected with a full and com- prehensive scope of coverage at fixed monthly payments.
To acknowledge the importance of customer loyalty, Diamond Fuso Draws (for Mitsubishi Fuso truck owners) were conduct- ed for the second time in April 2015. This year, we are back with a more attractive grand prize - Mercedes-Benz GLA - in the grand final draw that will be held in March 2016. We are still calling for the next batch of eligible entries and Diamond Fuso Draws are open to all Mitsubishi Fuso truck owners with vehicles registered between 1st December, 2014 and 31st December, 2015.
