perform even better. This was the main reason that led us to purchase the new Actros.”
Sentiasa Hebat had purchased 10 units of Actros to replace its old trucks for business expansion. “Our fleet and drivers are the two most important assets for the company. To provide a quick, safe and respon- sible service to our customers, we need to invest in the most reliable brand of prime movers in the market. With the Actros’ proven dura- bility, lower risk of engine breakdown, and thus relatively longer pro- ductive hours, we are confident that our efficiency would improve tre- mendously. Equipped with an electronically-controlled powerful engine, the Actros is able to provide optimum performance with savings in fuel consumption and reduced emission rates. The beauty of this heavy duty prime mover is its ability to haul heavy containers with good fuel economy. Compared to other brands, its cabin is more spacious and comfortable.”
The company’s customers were mainly from the freight forwarding in- dustry. According to Ang, it had more than 200 customers, the majority of whom were loyal clients. Despite the severe competition in the in- dustry - in Port Klang alone, one could easily find hundreds of haulage companies - Ang stressed that Sentiasa Hebat was known for safe and timely haulage services. All of its prime movers were equipped with GPS tracking that provided a means to track and monitor not only the prime movers, trailer, containers, but also the drivers for security reasons. In addition, its team also comprised highly qualified and well trained profes- sionals, including drivers with years of experience in the industry.
To ensure safety as well as to help the drivers be familiar with the ve- hicles, Ang said the company assigned each driver a specific truck on a long-term basis; this meant that every driver would drive only an as- signed truck. “This helps us to manage our drivers efficiently. It also instils a stronger sense of responsibility among the drivers to take good care of their respective vehicle.”
The company had its own workshop located at the same compound for basic maintenance and major repairs, including engine overhaul, which enabled it to keep downtime on any vehicle to a minimum. Currently, it has 10 well-trained technicians in the workshop and its own breakdown service back-up team for any emergency situation to minimise service disruption to clients.
Moving forward, Ang revealed that Sentiasa Hebat had plans to diversi- fy to other related industries and to expand the Prai business segment to the laden container market.

他透露说，Sentiasa Hebat计划朝多元化的相关行业 发展，并有意将北海业务扩充至载货集装箱领域。
