unit of TyreBooster nitrogen inflation system with an outlet pressure of 150psi was rolled out in April 2013.
“We took a longer time to deliver the first unit as we need to design the unit, search for the right parts, carry out product testing, among other pro- cedures. All our efforts paid off when we received positive feedback from the customer. With TyreBooster, he not only achieved an average of 5.5 per cent fuel savings depending on truck models but experienced better tyre performance and longer tyre life. We then improved and modified our following unit based on his feedback.”
Today, TyreBooster is a range of high performance nitrogen generators that produce nitrogen gas from compressed air to offer a cost effective, reliable and safe alternative to air. It has 3 models for commercial tyres that offer different capacities – 10Nm3/h, 20Nm3/h and 30Nm3/h. All models have outlet pressures ranging from 100-150psi with nitrogen pu- rity up to 95 per cent or above.
“We sold 7 units of TyreBooster last year. Pengakutan Aliran Teraju Sdn Bhd was our first customer and they introduced us to Shaziman Trans- port Sdn Bhd that bought 3 units of TyreBooster from us. We are now developing a TyreBooster nitrogen inflation system for passenger car tyres,” Chin said.
The product pricing, according to Chin, was competitive as it used genu- ine parts imported from Europe and the US. “We offer a 12-month war- ranty. In addition, being the manufacturer is our advantage. TyreBooster is designed and made by us. We can provide better after-sales service as compared to a trading company that normally carries a wide range of products because we know our own product well. We have the expertise and technical know-how. Besides the standard unit, we are able to offer customised products that meet our customers’ needs.”
According to Chin, Anox provided training and maintenance for Tyre- Booster. The training covered the use and maintenance of TyreBooster as well as how to measure the purity of nitrogen.
To ensure that drivers and fleet companies enjoy the full benefits of nitro- gen tyre inflation, Chin stressed the importance of measuring the purity level of nitrogen after the tyre had been inflated. To do that, Anox had come up with a handheld nitrogen analyser as an option for workshops that helped in measuring and monitoring the purity of nitrogen in the tyres.
“The goal is to achieve no less than 95 per cent nitrogen purity in the ser- viced tyres or, more precisely, no more than 5 per cent oxygen,” added Chin.
Anox did not appoint any distributors but it currently had 2 sales per- sonnel who covered the Klang Valley and Penang respectively. “We are targeting logistic companies in the country at the moment. Once our Tyre- Booster T05-NE model is ready for production, we will also target tyre service centres. Apart from that, we are looking to export our products to neighbouring countries. ”

该交易终于在2012年12月时确定下来,Anox于是在 2013年4月成功制造了第一台出口压力为150psi 的 TyreBooster氮气充气系统。
“第一台TyreBooster,我们用了比较长的时间来 交货,因为我们需要时间来设计、寻找适合的零 部件、测试产品等。不过当该客户给予我们正面 的回馈时,所有的努力都有了回报。他告诉我们 通过TyreBooster,他可以达到5.5 % 的燃油节省 (按不同的卡车款型而有所不同), 更好的轮胎 性能和更长的使用寿命。接着,我们按照他所提 供的回馈,进一步改善我们接下来的产品。”
今天,TyreBooster是个高性能的氮气发生器系 列,能够从压缩的空气中制造氮气,提供一个替 代空气的具效率、可靠及安全的的解决方案。 它共推出3种型号,提供不同氮气容量—10Nm3/ h、20Nm3/h 及 30NM 3/h 。所有的出口压力都介 于100至150psi ,氮气纯度则高达95%或以上。

据陈子乾表示,该氮气充气机的价格相当具有竞 争性,而且用的是欧美进口的纯正配件。“我们 提供12个月的保修期。此外,身为制造商是我们 的优势。TyreBooster是我们所设计和制造的。和 一般售卖广泛产品的贸易公司相比,我们能够提 供更好的售后服务,因为我们认识自己的产品, 拥有所需要的专门知识和技术。除了一般的常规 产品,我们也可按客户的需求为他们提供量身打 造的产品。”
Anox也会为购买TyreBooster的客户提供培训和维 修。该培训包括如何应用和维修TyreBosster,以 及如何测量氮气的纯度。
为了确保客户和卡车公司能够享有氮气轮胎充气 机的所有好处,陈子乾强调在为轮胎充气后,测 量氮气纯度的重要性。为此,Anox推出了手持氮 气分析器作为可选附件,协助修车厂测量和监督 轮胎氮气的纯度。
“我们的目标是所有的轮胎在充气后,氮气的纯 度必须不少于95%。或者,更精确的是,轮胎内的 氧气不可超过5%。”他补充说。
Anox并没有委任任何经销商,不过它目前有两位 销售人员,分别覆盖巴生河谷和槟城。“目前, 我们的目标客户是国内的物流公司。不过一旦我 们开始生产TyreBooster TO5-NE型号,我们就会 以轮胎服务中心为目标。此外,我们也计划将产 品出口到邻国。”
