Scania and Bär Cargolift in Global Service Cooperation
斯堪尼亚与Bär Cargolift达成全球售后服务合作
近日 ， 斯 堪 尼亚与德 国全球尾 板升降机制造商Bär Cargolift签署了一份 合作协议。
根据协议内容，斯堪尼 亚全球售后服务网络下 的维修中心和经销商可 全权为 Bär Cargolift 旗下产品提供专业的售 后服务。该协议涵盖零 配件物流、产品保修、 制定工作流程、咨询服 务以及技师培训等诸多 领域。
“在与Bär Cargolift签 署的协议中，提高出勤率 被列为一项重要的参考指 标，这将有助于斯堪尼亚 向客户提供更加完善的解 决方案。我们制定的战略 始终着眼于提升客户的生 产效益与附加值”，斯堪 尼亚车辆相关服务负责人 克利斯多夫(Christofer Edéus)表示。
作为家族企业的第二代领导人，托比亚斯(Tobias Bär) 采取的战略非常清晰:“我们坚信Bär Cargolift在本土 市场以外同样拥有极大的潜力。斯堪尼亚是一个实力强 大的合作伙伴，它能够帮助我们的产品保持最高的出勤 率，这对于我们的客户而言相当重要。”
Bär Cargolift 是欧洲一家制造高品质尾板升降机的企 业，多年来一直处于德国市场领导者的位置。 Bär Car- golift成立于1981年，拥有员工250名左右，其产品远销 全球超过25个国家。
Scania has signed a coop- eration agree- ment with the global German tail lift manu-
facturer Bär Cargolift.
According to the agreement, work- shops and deal- ers within Scania’s global service net- work will be fully
authorised to carry out professional service on Bär Car- golift products. The agreement covers
such aspects as spare parts logis- tics through Sca- nia, warranty han- dling, workshop
procedures, help desk and training of workshop tech- nicians.
“This agreement with Bär Cargolift will enable us to deliver a better total solution to our customers with increased uptime as an important keystone. Our strategy is to focus on our customers’ productivity and what adds value for them,” says Christofer Edéus, Scania Vehicle Related
Services.
Tobias Bär, who leads the family-owned enterprise in its second gen- eration, follows a clear growth strategy: “We strongly believe in the potential of Bär Cargolift outside of our home market. With Scania, we have a very competent service partner that helps ensure maxi- mum availability of our product range. And that’s what counts for our customers.”
Bär Cargolift is one of the top quality tail lift manufacturers in Eu- rope and has been the market leader in Germany for years. The company, which was founded in 1981, has about 250 employees and exports to more than 25 countries.
